Position Summary

The Corporate Relations Coordinator will provide support of FPA's corporate sales efforts including advertising serving, website content, conference and exhibitor management, eBlast coordination and webinar fulfillment. The Corporate Relations Coordinator will also help with updating and creation of marketing materials, coordination of event calendar and website collateral. customer relations management system; They will also work within the Customer Relations Management System processing invoices and contracts along with collecting and tracking new member applications. Other duties as assigned.  

Job Responsibilities

  • ADVERTISING: Placing ads on the website through ad serving software online, collecting ad tags and codes, creating campaigns and banners, tracking run dates along with impressions and zone distribution.

  • WEBSITE CONTENT: Providing up-to-date content for IM directory, MDP, white paper library, calendar of events, annual conference floor plan, creation and tracking of website request tickets.

  • CONFERENCE & EXHIBITOR MANAGEMENT: Gatekeeper to conference applications, including organization, tracking status of applications; creating and tracking exhibitor invoices, managing exhibitor information, sponsor booth location management and floor plan updates.

  • EBLAST COORDINATION: Tracking eBlast schedules to ensure available dates, providing materials to marketing department along with being the liaison between the sponsor and FPA to create, test, approve, push and report on all sponsored email.

  • WEBINAR FULLFILLMENT: Act as liaison with the sponsor including managing sponsor schedule, distribute and collect contract and speaker agreements based on contract guidelines.

  • MEMBER FULLFILLMENT: Collect new member applications, invoicing, managing complimentary memberships, and white paper library documents, calendar of events, and logo and company descriptions for website along with being the point person to sponsors on all Institutional Membership questions.

  • MARKETING: Using Adobe to update media kits, applications and one sheet documents.

  • Supports key managers/executives as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in team settings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, with an emphasis on organization, prioritization and time management.

  • Experience with a plus

  • Detail oriented.​

Education & Experience

  • Degree in business administration or comparable education or experience.

This position reports to the Corporate Relations Team Leader
