​Contract Position: Full-time Learning and Development

Job Responsibilities:

This position supports the department to fulfill learning strategy and major initiatives for the association.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement weekly webinars and other virtual learning programs, including moderating calls, creating course entries, working with corporate relations team and marketing to promote live and archived sessions, writing exams for CE eligible sessions and working to train and support presenters before and after the program.

  • Administrate association's continuing education filing and reporting program.

  • Manage job board.

  • Manage the delivery, communication, billing and processing of FPA's Programs in a Box and rebroadcasting programs.

  • Assist in the wrap up of the 2014 Financial Planning Challenge.

  • Assist in the wrap up of the 2014 annual conference.

Experience Requirements:

A four-year degree is required. Demonstrated professionalism, good phone and people skills. High-level project management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, experience working with databases.
