DENVER – The Financial Planning Association® (FPA®) is pleased to announce the hiring of George Bradley as the organization’s Director of Professional Development. Mr. Bradley joined staff effective Monday, Sept. 15 and will facilitate the design, management and delivery of FPA’s educational programming, both for in-person conferences and online education and for FPA’s professional development career center activities.

With more than 20 years of experience in leading professional learning teams, projects and programs, Mr. Bradley comes to FPA with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in building and guiding learning organizations to align adult learning strategies with organizational objectives. Prior to joining FPA, he worked as the Learning Measurement and Evaluation Manager at Charles Schwab & Co. where he sought to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes of the organization’s learning systems.

Prior to joining Charles Schwab & Co. he served as Vice President of Learning and Performance at TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (2004-09) and Director of Global Content Management and Education Services at J.D. Edwards (1995-2004) – both based in Englewood, Co.

As the Director of Professional Development, Mr. Bradley will develop and implement a strategy for FPA’s educational offerings in line with the organization’s strategic direction and business plan. Mr. Bradley will be responsible for many of FPA’s current programs, including in-person conferences and meetings, online learning and FPA’s Pipeline Initiative.

Mr. Bradley received his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University and has received extensive business development, organizational development and leadership training.​
