FPA Long Term Disability Insurance

    • Up to $15,000 of Monthly Disability Benefit

    • 90 Day Elimination Period

    • Own Occupation Benefit to age 65 (or beyond- based on age at disability)

    • Inflation Protection

    • Retirement Annuity Benefit

    • Assisted Living Benefit

    • Residuals/Trails/AUM fees includable in earnings and no reduction in benefits for Residuals/Trails/AUM fees received while totally disabled

    • 24 Month Return to Work Incentive​​​

FPA Term Life Insurance

  • ​​​Program Benefits:

    • Up to $500,000

    • $250k base life/$250k AD&D of Group Life

    • AD&D Included

    • Spouse and Family Coverage

    • Guaranteed Issue - currently this is only available to members who are within their one-year anniversary 60-day window.

  • New members must wait one full year to enroll after joining FPA.

  • Current members will have 60 days to enroll upon your one-year FPA anniversary. FPA completed the first open enrollment period in 2014 for all eligible members. Members will be notified of any additional open enrollment periods as they are available.
