currently serves on the board of directors for the Financial Planning Association
®
(FPA
®
), the largest membership organization for CFP
®
professionals in the country, and includes many others who support the financial planning process.
Michael is Managing Director of RGT Wealth Advisors in Dallas and has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and investment analysis. Before joining RGT Wealth Advisors, he was a practicing attorney and also served as a financial adviser for Prudential Securities in Century City and M.L. Stern & Company in Beverly Hills. He a member of the bars of both California and the District of Columbia.
Michael is a past president and board member of the FPA of Orange County chapter and currently serves as the group leader of Provisor's Newport Center Group, an organization established to foster collaboration among business professionals. He sits on the board of the Southern California Chapter of the Steamship Historical Society of America, Inc., serving as its treasurer.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he was an editor for the International and Comparative Law Review as well as a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. He also holds both Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Loyola Marymount University. Michael is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society.
